Neo Medical Systems is a start-up dedicated to surgical device distribution and R&D activity in the field of 3D-HD surgical screens.

Our mission encompassed a variety of roles from Marketing Design (Company Name, Logo, Website & Flyer), Business Development (generate new leads, prospection and closing deals), R&D Project Management (identify and manage third-parties, technology assessment, I.P management, etc. ) and Fundraising Support (Business plan including 5-year Sales & Cash-flow projections, Corporate Strategy & Vision, etc.)
